AM's chocolate mousse, with cherries, cherry sorbet and a curious dusting of almond, coffee and cardamom, was a bit sweet for my liking, but I loved the sorbet. My tonka bean panna cotta with fennel granita, strawberries and strawberry jelly, and coconut rendered as a sort of crumb, was a more interesting experience. The strongest taste was probably the strawberry. Besides that, everything was very simple and understated.
